How It Works

Every kit follows the same four steps. You start with your own week, not a forecast. You practice on a case built like real work for your role. Then you turn what you learned into a plan, a record and a conversation with your manager.

Pick the kit for your role

Each edition is written for one job: media buyer, support rep, engineer, executive assistant, copywriter, bookkeeper, data entry clerk, administrative assistant or inside sales rep. Buy it for $24 and the download link arrives by email. Open the README first. It maps every file in the kit.

Map your week, task by task

Open the workbook and list what you actually do. Rate each task for AI reach, stakes and your human edge. The workbook suggests a call for each one: Hand off, Pair, Own or Cut. A worked example shows how someone in your role filled it in.

Run the practice case

An AI tool has analyzed a situation from your kind of job. You check its twelve findings against synthetic data and give each one a verdict. Then you write the memo your role would write. The answer key grades every finding, including the ones the AI got right.

Follow the 13-week plan

Import the calendar: 13 weekly sprints, each with a kick-off and a review. Use the prompts on real work, inside your company's data policy. Log your wins as you go. The worksheets prepare the talk with your manager, and the templates help you pitch a move.

Start with one kit, or try the free practice case first.

You do not need to have it all figured out.

Start with one kit, one task audit, one practical next step.
