The Hard-to-Replace Bookkeeper
Audit your job task by task, practice on a checked month-end, and prove what the accounting agent cannot sign
Who it's for
You keep the books for businesses of 10 to 50 people, alone, in a small firm or on staff. Your accounting software now suggests categories or reconciles on its own. You want to know which parts of your close still need you.
Instant download: the link arrives by email after checkout. Full refund within 14 days if you never download the files.
Will AI replace bookkeepers?
This kit does not guess. It helps you audit your job task by task and build the bookkeeper AI skills that decide what gets signed.

How the practice case works
The case is The September Close. Abernathy Family Dentistry is a four-chair practice with 11 staff. You play Rosa Delgado, the bookkeeper who has kept its books for ten years. A new agent in the practice's accounting software closed September on its own in nine minutes. Its Close Summary says all 412 transactions are categorized, both accounts reconcile and three small items need a look. It recommends auto-posting October without review.
You check the summary's twelve findings against seven sheets of synthetic data and the practice's close checklist. Each gets one verdict: Supported, Contradicted, Not established or Needs specialist review. Then you write an exceptions memo to the owner. It covers what must stop today, every entry to change and your call on auto-post. The answer key grades all twelve. Some of the summary's findings are right.
By week 13
- A task map of your own week, with a Hand off, Pair, Own or Cut call on every task.
- A finished, checked exceptions memo you can show as a portfolio piece.
- Thirteen weekly sprints done, each with a kick-off and a review.
- A wins log, a review summary and a plan for the talk with your manager or client.
- Runway and moves to weigh for your bookkeeper career path, such as close reviewer, AP/AR lead, controller track, client advisory or payroll.
The honest part
The Bureau of Labor Statistics projects 6% fewer bookkeeping, accounting and auditing clerk jobs from 2025 to 2035. The e-book starts there. This kit does not promise a job, a client, a raise or a promotion, and no guarantee comes with it. Nothing in it is certified. The case company, its accounting agent and its data are invented, so label your memo as simulated practice. The case grades entries against the practice's own close checklist, not against tax law. Tax treatments vary by business and by state, and nothing in this kit is tax advice. On any filing, the CPA decides. AI tools for bookkeepers change fast. Use the prompts in prompts.docx only in tools your company or client has approved.
Free updates, for as long as you own the kit
AI tools change fast, so the kits do too. We update every kit at least once a month, and often more than once. Every update is free.
You get an email with a fresh download link each time a new version is ready.
Before you buy
These kits help you plan and practice, and they do not promise any job, promotion or raise.
