These terms cover your use of safefrom.ai and the kits sold here. By buying or downloading a kit, you agree to them.

Your license

Each paid kit comes with one personal license per purchase. You may use, print and annotate the files for your own career planning. The free practice case comes with one personal license per download.

Do not resell, redistribute or post the files, in whole or in part.
Do not share your download link or use one copy for a team. Each person needs their own purchase.

We keep all rights in the kits that this license does not give you.

What the kits are

The kits are general information and practice material. They are not legal, financial, tax or HR advice. Employment rules differ by state and employer, so consult a qualified professional about your situation.

People, companies and data in the stories, examples and practice cases are invented. Any work you produce from a practice case is simulated practice and should be labeled that way.

Tools named in the kits are examples, not endorsements. Their features and terms change, so check current versions before you rely on them.

No promised outcomes

The kits help you plan and practice. They do not promise any job, promotion, pay raise or other result. The series name describes the aim of the work, not an outcome anyone can promise. Completing a kit is not a credential.

Payments and refunds

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Limits of liability

The kits are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a kit is limited to the amount you paid for it.
